In the office, my boss called a meeting and he is planning to have an activity for all of the employees to have some fun.  He wants to have a balance between work and pleasure.  Our boss is choosing between having an outing or a sports festival.  We had some voting. I voted for an sports festival because I love sports and the friendly competition.  Some of my officemates wants to have an outing and have some swimming and a picnic in a beach.  I don’t want to go far this days because I just have my vacation out of town last month.  I asked my other officemates and some also wants outing.  Because of my eagerness to have an sports festival than having an outing, I convinced my closest officemates to vote for sports festival instead of outing.  I also tried to convince my other officemates who are not so close to me.  After the voting, it comes out that having a sports festival won over having an outing. I was so happy because my choice won the voting.

We had some plans on when we are going to start the sports festival, our budget on it, the type of sports that we will play and also the location and the teams.  My team is the red team.  We are seven teams in all. Each teams has twelve members but our team is only eleven so someone must play in two different sports.  I volunteered to play two sports.  I chose basketball and golf.  I love both games and I can play both games well.  I am really excited for our sports festival to come, so as early as now I tried to practice golf like a professional player.  Our sports festival will be held at the company gym and will start next week.  The sports festival will lasts for a week and the championships will be held on weekends.  I wish that my team will win the championship awards.
